The distinction that matters
The Set is the standard. The program is the engagement.
A Judgment Set is a durable asset: a named, versioned body of expert judgment with defined scope and permissions. It does not expire when a cohort finishes.
A program is what you buy to train and test specific people or specific agents against that Set, over a defined scope, ending in an evidence record and a deployment decision.
And a Read is neither. It is one applied example of the standard in one situation — useful, but not the Set.
Training structure
How the judgment is taught and practised, sequenced so that the hard cases arrive after the foundation, not instead of it.
Scenario coverage
Which situations the Set covers, in which environments, including the edge cases and the ones where the correct answer is to stop.
Scoped evaluation evidence
What was tested, what the subject was cleared for, where they failed and what the remediation targets. The evaluation method itself stays protected.
Version and permissions
Which version a subject qualified against, who may use the Set, and the attribution lineage back to the experts who authored it.
Continuing qualification
The triggers that make a qualification stale — a new market, a changed offer, a new model version — and the revalidation that restores it.
